Thank you for your enquiry regarding our facilities here at Heritage Wines for wedding receptions, ceremonies and photographs.
When we cater for your function, be assured every detail will be attended to with the utmost care and professionalism.
Our experienced chefs will recommend the most suited menus for your reception. However, other menu options are available, and we can cater for most requests.
Our menu package is $90.00 per person, which includes canapés on arrival, entree, main, dessert, tea and coffee and truffles.
Please find enclosed a sample menu to give you an idea of the menu packages our chefs can create.
Children can be catered for at a price of $21.50 per child for a two-course meal.
Our wedding package includes the following:

· Chair covers for the Bridal Table
· Fully decorated Bridal table with colours to match your theme, where possible.
· Decorated cake table with colours to match your theme
· Use of silver cake knife
· Complimentary cake bags
· Choice of table shapes and room plans

· Menu holders for each table
· Cosy wood fire in winter
· Coffee and tea station set-up with a selection of truffles
· Your choice of a beverage packages or a bar tab
· A bottle of our award winning sparkling wine to take home on your wedding night.

Selection of hot and cold canapés
Entree
Rare seared peppered beef salad with snow pea sprouts, bean sprouts, capsicum, cucumber and coriander salad finished with a chilli, lime and coriander dressing
Char grilled Mediterranean vegetable tartlets topped with baby spinach and brie
Main
Crispy chicken served on potato and chive mash with red wine jus and steamed greens
Four bone lamb racks served with potato mash, braised cabbage, roast mushroom and rosemary jus
Dessert
Sticky date pudding served with warm butterscotch sauce
Mixed berry pavlova served with mixed berry coulis and fresh cream
